Hustle Hive CIC empowers people of all ages through hands-on learning, enterprise and wellbeing. We provide alternative provision for young people, creative spaces for homeschool families, and skills, mentoring and resources for adults to launch businesses. By combining entrepreneurship, innovation and mindfulness we help our community grow in confidence, resilience and opportunity.

Gavin is a former Executive Headteacher with years of experience supporting children and young people across a wide range of settings. He leads Hustle Hive's safeguarding, wellbeing and outdoor education, combining mentoring, outdoor learning and hands-on experiences to help people of all ages build confidence, resilience and self-belief.

Kieron is an educator and entrepreneur with over 20 years' teaching experience in the UK and internationally, including roles as Assistant Headteacher and Head of Secondary School. A specialist in engineering, design technology and enterprise, he helps lead Hustle Hive's education and enterprise programmes, including Makers to Market, using 3D printing, product design and real-world projects to help people turn ideas into skills.
